Join as a founding partner.

We are working with a small number of organizations ready to move beyond resilience training and co-author a more sustainable model for leadership continuity. Founding partners shape how the model evolves.

Founding cohort rate
$6k–$10k

Depending on scope and organizational context.

Founding partners receive direct facilitation from Travis, tailored application to their specific leadership context, and direct influence over how the model develops beyond the initial cohort.

This rate reflects the early-stage nature of the Lab and the co-creation role founding partners play. It will not be available after the founding cohort closes.

You should expect:

  • Clear visibility into the structural drivers of burnout in your organization
  • Immediate, practical shifts in how leadership work is carried
  • Reduced pressure on key individuals through better system design
  • Stronger alignment between expectations, roles, and decisions
  • A more stable leadership layer capable of sustaining performance

What founding partners receive

Three things that set this apart from standard engagements.

Direct facilitation

Every session is led by Travis personally — not delegated to a junior consultant or delivered through a recorded course. You get the full depth of 17 years of facilitation experience.

Tailored application

The program is adapted to your specific leadership context — the sectors you operate in, the pressures your leaders face, and the structural patterns unique to your organization.

Model influence

Founding partners help shape how the Lab evolves. Your experience, feedback, and insights directly inform what the program becomes for future cohorts.

Who this is not for

This is not a perk or a general development session.

Be honest with yourself about what your organization actually needs before starting a conversation.

Organizations looking for a one-day workshop or motivational speaker
Teams where leadership pressure is not yet affecting performance or retention
Organizations unwilling to examine structural conditions, not just individual behavior
Leadership teams not yet ready to experiment with how work is done
Who this is for

Organizations where waiting it out is no longer a viable strategy.

Pressure is already affecting retention, decision-making, or team stability
HR or executive leaders see the pattern forming and want to act before exit
The organization is willing to look at structure, not just support individuals
Leaders are open to redesigning how work actually flows through the organization
Early warning signs

You may already be noticing these.

These are not isolated issues. They are structural signals — and the earlier you act on them, the less damage they do.

Declining employee engagement or satisfaction scores
Increased absenteeism or reduced discretionary effort
Concerns about workload or work-life sustainability
Slower decision-making and growing bottlenecks

Every engagement starts with a conversation.

No pitch. No commitment. A conversation about what's actually happening in your organization and whether the Lab is the right fit.
